Full architectural fit-out including concept drawings, bespoke teak joinery, lighting choreography, civil MEP, and final handover styling.
The brief asked for a headquarters that could hold a 180-person team without feeling like one. We organised the plan along a central stair hall that doubles as an informal auditorium, with the loudest programme at the base and the quietest — research, archive, focus rooms — on the upper level.
Finishes are restrained and repairable: polished screed, perforated aluminium screens and a birch ply joinery system designed to be reconfigured as the team grows.
Concept: "vertical gradient of noise". Each floor is quieter, warmer and more private than the one below, communicated through material rather than signage.
Documented on handover day by the studio. High-definition views of joinery, textures, and natural lighting.

The nuances that rarely appear in elevation drawings, but determine how quietly a home or workplace functions every single day.
Central stair hall doubling as a 90-seat forum
Reconfigurable birch ply joinery system
Perforated aluminium screen to the atrium
Acoustic ceiling raft in all focus rooms
