Turn-Key Scope
Full architectural fit-out including concept drawings, bespoke teak joinery, lighting choreography, civil MEP, and final handover styling.
A heritage-ground-floor store reworked as a single, uninterrupted volume. Product sits on monoliths of stacked local granite; the centre of the room is left entirely empty so the customer owns the space.
Lighting is theatrical and deliberately low — 2200K spots with concealed cove wash — designed so leather reads as texture rather than colour.
Concept: "one gesture, no decoration". The store contains a single continuous gesture — a folded stone wall that becomes seating, display and backdrop — and nothing else competes with it.
Documented on handover day by the studio. High-definition views of joinery, textures, and natural lighting.

The nuances that rarely appear in elevation drawings, but determine how quietly a home or workplace functions every single day.
Folded granite monolith, fabricated off-site
2200K theatrical lighting design
Heritage facade restored to original detail
Invisible service and storage integration
Turn-key interior architecture, bespoke workspace furniture, and residential craft tailored to your vision.
