Turn-Key Scope
Full architectural fit-out including concept drawings, bespoke teak joinery, lighting choreography, civil MEP, and final handover styling.
The brief was to keep the building honest. We stripped the partitions, repaired the original south-facing window and inserted a single new volume — a blackened steel box containing the bedrooms and services.
Everything else is left as found: patched concrete, exposed ducting, painted-over brick. The contrast between the untouched shell and the precise steel insert is the whole design.
Concept: "honest shell, precise insert". The 1960s workshop is kept legible; all new work is confined to one legible volume so the two eras never blur.
Documented on handover day by the studio. High-definition views of joinery, textures, and natural lighting.

The nuances that rarely appear in elevation drawings, but determine how quietly a home or workplace functions every single day.
Original steel window restored and re-glazed
Blackened steel service box, factory finished
Exposed services painted as intentional colour
Polished concrete with matte sealer
Turn-key interior architecture, bespoke workspace furniture, and residential craft tailored to your vision.
