Turn-Key Scope
Full architectural fit-out including concept drawings, bespoke teak joinery, lighting choreography, civil MEP, and final handover styling.
An inherited 1970s apartment reworked into a calm, gallery-like home for a family of four. All decorative mouldings were removed; what remained was re-proportioned to open sightlines from the living room to the sea-facing bedroom.
A single book-matched slab of Calacatta forms the spine of the home — kitchen island, console and bathroom vanity all draw from the same block, so the veining reads as one continuous line through the plan.
We treated the marble as a piece of furniture rather than a surface. Everything else in the apartment is deliberately quiet: micro-cement walls, smoked oak joinery and bronze hardware, so the stone is the only thing that speaks.
Documented on handover day by the studio. High-definition views of joinery, textures, and natural lighting.

The nuances that rarely appear in elevation drawings, but determine how quietly a home or workplace functions every single day.
Book-matched Calacatta island and vanity from one block
Full-height smoked-oak wardrobe wall
Recessed linear cove lighting on all perimeters
Bespoke bronze hardware throughout
Turn-key interior architecture, bespoke workspace furniture, and residential craft tailored to your vision.
