Turn-Key Scope
Full architectural fit-out including concept drawings, bespoke teak joinery, lighting choreography, civil MEP, and final handover styling.
Rather than treating planting as decoration, we used it as structure. Sixty mature specimens define the dining bays, shade the aisles and screen the kitchen from the guest floor.
The material palette follows the planting: charred timber, woven cane and raw brass. Everything is designed to be repaired on site, and nothing is sealed.
Concept: "planting as structure". If the plants die, the building should still stand — so the trellis and pergola are fully engineered independent of the landscape.
Documented on handover day by the studio. High-definition views of joinery, textures, and natural lighting.

The nuances that rarely appear in elevation drawings, but determine how quietly a home or workplace functions every single day.
